Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bath Linens with opened packages
  • Pillowcases & Shams removed from packaging
  • Sheets removed from packaging
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

Simple 4-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Order number
  • Item(s) for return with quantities
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  • Confirmation of original condition with tags

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our Customer Care team will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days. Do not ship items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely repackage items in original packaging with all tags attached. For US returns, use our provided label. International customers follow specific instructions.

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You’ll receive email notification upon completion.

Refund Timeline: 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return

Exchange Process
