Our policy reflects the same care and attention to detail found in our Turkish cotton linens and European flax bedding.
Our Return Commitment
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our bath accessories and bedding collections.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and product integrity, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bath Linens (opened packages)
- Pillowcases + Shams (removed from packaging)
- Sheets (removed from packaging)
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
Simple Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, our Customer Care team will email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging and include all tags. Affix the provided return label (for US returns) or follow international return shipping instructions.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once processing is complete.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours after we initiate them
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the same return process and indicate your desired replacement item in your request. We’ll ship the new item once the original is received and approved. Shipping charges for exchanges follow our standard rates unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
International Returns
